Household Lists uses Google sign-in to verify your email and account identity. It does not request access to Gmail, Drive or calendars.
We store household names, member emails and identifiers, invitations, membership decisions, list content, settings, comments, change history and audit records on Cloudflare. Approved members can see their household’s shared content and member emails. Household owners manage invitations and remove members. Vince approves every new member and administers stored records. Other households cannot access your household through the app.
Your browser stores offline list copies and queued changes. Signing out clears the app’s household data from that browser. Removing access cannot erase information someone already viewed, copied or retained offline.
There is no automatic account-erasure process or scheduled deletion period. Revoking membership or moving an item to Trash does not erase stored content or history. Contact the operator about privacy or deletion requests; no deletion deadline is promised.
Google and Cloudflare also process technical information under their own policies. The app records change and membership history and may emit limited error diagnostics. It includes no advertising or third-party analytics. Please avoid sensitive information in shared lists.
